Further, County inspectors ensure all equipment meets International Building and Safety Code regulations. At Hyper Kidz, all equipment is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide safety and stability. All entrances, exits, slides, tunnels, and plastic balls are wiped down every day and each piece of equipment is cleaned, inspected, and maintained on a daily basis by a dedicated staff member. Unlike anything you have ever experienced, Hyper Kidz offers a safe and fun space for the entire family!

For your convenience, family members ages 17 years and younger may be included on the same waiver. All Adults must sign an adult waiver. This also helps us to maintain an accurate headcount so that we know how many people we have in the facility at all times. Once a Hyper Kidz waiver has been completed, it lasts for 36 months. Save time at the door and fill out your waivers ahead of time HERE.

Are there any age or height restrictions?
Overall, Hyper Kidz is designed for children ages 0-13. Inside our facility are 3 separate “Play Zones”. Each zone has custom-designed play equipment suitable for different age groups. The designated zones help to separate the play needs of different developmental stages of children: “Big Kid Zone” is designed for children ages 4-13 and features a 4-level play structure filled with various play activities, slides, and obstacles; “Kid Zone” is suitable for children ages 2-7 and features a Balloon House, soft play equipment with slow moving parts, a light up wall, and slides; “Mini Zone” is self-contained playspace designed for babies, crawlers, and toddlers ages 0-2. Mini Zone features interactive soft play equipment that is low and mounted to the ground with no sharp edges to support the fine and gross motor play and developmental needs of young children.
Can adults play on the equipment?
Adults can use the play equipment in Big Kidz Zone and Kid Zone as long as they are within the manufacturer’s guidelines for height and weight, as indicated on posted interior signs. However, the equipment in Mini Zone is not suitable for older kids or adults. Adults can be in Mini Zone, but cannot play or sit on the attractions.

For safety reasons, any child wearing a cast or other motion-limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the play equipment. While we welcome them to attend parties and use other stationary play activities, they will be prohibited from playing on the equipment. We will not charge for their admission.

You will be amazed at the power of play!

Birthday Party FAQs
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check-in.
What are the rules for the deposit?
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party, by cash or credit. If you provide at least 14 days’ notice, you may reschedule your party and apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next 2 months. Any party cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit their deposit. We will work with you on rain or snow delays and do not count that as a cancellation.
How many guests can I invite?
Please refer to the Birthday Party page HERE to see our different party packages. Additional guests are welcome! There is a charge per additional child over the number included in your party package (adults and children under the age of 1 are not counted in the headcount). Do your best to estimate how many children will be attending. We will do an actual headcount at the end of your party to get a final count of children in attendance. If you are inviting more than 35 guests, please let us know at least 10 days prior to your party. Please keep in mind that we can only fit a maximum of 45 people total in the party room (kids and adults) at a time.
What is included in my party?
Parties are 2 hours and consist of 1 hour and 15 minutes of open play for all guests (including a dance party on our LED dance floor honoring the birthday child), followed by 45 minutes in a private party room for pizza and cake, and a personalized Party Host. All party packages include 2 slices of pizza per child (cheese or pepperoni), drinks, tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils. The birthday child will receive a free pass for a future Hyper Kidz visit and a special gift! Add-ons such as additional pizza/drinks for extra children or the adults, balloons, goody bags, glow necklaces, wraps, chicken tenders, fruit tray, veggie tray, ice cream cups, etc. are available for purchase during the booking process or at a later time up until 48 hours before the party. Online or printed invitations are also included free of charge! Cake is not included. You can order a cake online when you book, or you can bring your own cake or cupcakes (no ice cream cake). Please remember to bring a cake cutter and candles.
Will there be a Hyper Kidz staff member to assist me in the party room?
Yes. Your dedicated party host will handle every detail of your Hyper Kidz party!
What should I expect during my party?
It is our goal to make your child’s party the best party possible. Your host will take care of everything for you including, set-up, keeping the party flowing, escorting guests where they need to be, ensuring the guest of honor is happy, and cleaning up. Our hosts will work hard for you. Need something? Just ask!
How do I schedule a Hyper Kidz party?
For your convenience, you can book your party HERE online or give us a call and we will help you reserve your special event!
What food items can be brought into the facility?
Hyper Kidz is a nut-free facility. You may bring a birthday cake or cupcakes for your child’s party (no ice cream cake). No other outside food is permitted. Sparklers or specialty candles (other than the basic ones) are not allowed for safety purposes. They may cause the fire alarm to be set off which may result in having to evacuate the building.
Do you sell any other food besides pizza?
Yes! While we offer a variety of single or multi-topping pizzas, we also offer chicken tenders, turkey wraps, fruit trays, veggie trays, and many other snacks.
Is my party private or will my guests share the play area and party rooms with guests from other parties?
Walk-in guests will be in the play areas, but your party room is 100% private and your party will have their own area to celebrate the special guest. There will also be a customized “dance party” for each guest of honor. Don’t worry, our facility has almost 11,000 sq ft, so there is plenty of room for all!
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require at least 14 days’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. You may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next 2 months. Any party cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit their deposit. We will work with you on rain or snow delays and do not count that as a cancellation. Guests who fail to cancel (no call/no show) will be charged for 100% of the total party price (no exceptions).
Can I have a craft activity during the party?
Because of the potential damage to our facility, we do not allow any craft projects involving pens, markers, glue, sand, or glitter.
Do you have a cake vendor that I can order a cake from?
Yes! We are proud to have Kupcakes & Co. as our cake vendor. You can order one of their delicious cakes or cupcakes online through our party booking portal.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
Although tablecloths and paper products are included in the party package, you are welcome to use your own themed table top decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Will the party room be available for us during our open play time?
Typically not, because there will usually be another party in the party room. However, feel free to check at the front desk to see if it is available.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake (no ice cream cake), please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles and serving ware available for your use.
Are characters allowed at parties?
Yes! If you are hiring a character (e.g. Elsa, Mickey Mouse, Princess, Pirate), they will only be allowed to come during the 45 minutes in the private party room. Please notify your character and let them know that they must also sign a waiver and must wear socks!
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we will be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play area and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
What are your weekend party start times?
On Saturdays, our parties begin at 10:15am, with the last party starting at 5:45pm. On Sundays, our parties begin at 11:15am with the last party starting at 4:45pm.
What assistance is provided in the party room?
Lots! Your Hyper Kidz Party Host will thoroughly prepare the room so that it is clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, your host will setup the party room with any items you may have brought such as cake or cupcakes. We will take care of any items your guests might bring such as cards or birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time in the party room, your host will be able to provide more supplies, food, or drinks, take care of spills, and be sure that everything runs smoothly for you and the guest of honor!
How can I order additional food for our party, goody bags, and other party options?
We will call you 2 days prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goody bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.
Can I bring my own goody bags and/or balloons?
Yes! You may bring your own goody bags and balloons. However, all balloons must be weighted (tied to a weight) and cannot be distributed individually to your guests. They must remain in the party room and your party host will help transfer them to your car when the party is over. Due to the ceiling height (22 feet) of our main play area, you can see how “escaped” balloons could be a major problem!
Do I need to stay at the party?
The parent(s) of the guest of honor is required to stay at the party. Other parents/guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun, but may also drop off and pick up their children. Taking responsibility for these children will be at the sole discretion of the reserving parents.
Can we start in the party room?
No. Because full tummies and climbing, bouncing, spinning, and running don’t mix, our parties must begin in the play area!
Do you provide ice for drinks?
No, but our drinks are cold!
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play area?
Yes! Unlike other facilities, Hyper Kidz won’t kick you out after your party. You and your guests can stay and play as long as you want!
How many slices are in a pizza?
Pizzas are cut into 16 “kiddie” slices. 2 pizzas are included in the Super and Mega parties. 3 pizzas are included in the Colossal party.
How much pizza and drinks should I order for the adults?
We recommend one Large pizza for every 5 adults. We will box any leftovers for you to take home. You may also purchase additional drinks for the adults in your group.
What beverages do you offer in the party room?
We proudly serve Coke, Sprite, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, juice boxes, water, and juice.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, food, drink, or goody bag order?
Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party. We can box up any leftovers. For goody bags, you are only charged for what you use, so an approximate headcount is okay. You may purchase additional goody bags and drinks on the day of the party.
What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you on a sensible approach taking into account the current weather conditions. If it is necessary to reschedule the party, we will work with you to find a new date that is within three (3) months of the original date. At the time we agree to reschedule the event, the customer is responsible for 100% of the party price.
